Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee project resources to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
2. Drive implementation of company strategy and identify operational improvement areas.
3. Provide administrative and project management support, including ERP and CRM system oversight.
4. Manage company records, files, and compliance with data protection and statutory policies.
5. Supervise vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure adherence to standards.
6. Lead process mapping, documentation, and review to improve workflows.
7. Oversee team performance, provide feedback, and support change management initiatives.
8. Collaborate with HR to implement HR plans and foster a productive, motivated team.
9. Support entrepreneur consulting and coaching programs.
10. Guide cross-departmental reporting, decision-making, and efficiency measures.

Required Specifications;

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Operations, or related discipline).
2. Professional certification in operations, management, or project management is an advantage.
3. Minimum 5 years’ experience in Operations Management, preferably within SMEs or consulting.
4. Proven experience in strategic planning and execution.
5. Strong understanding of budgeting, cost management, and financial reporting.
6. Experience implementing and optimizing ERP, CRM, or workflow systems.
