Hollard Life Assurance Ltd is looking for a Partnerships Manager

Report to: Head of Distribution

Job Objective

To oversee agents in partner companies and provide excellent and efficient service to stakeholders by managing relationships, cost, and retail partnerships sales operations as well as support in prospecting/selling life assurance policies to clients under the partnerships.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement sales objectives, initiatives, strategies, and programs among retail partnerships salespersons aimed at meeting and exceeding set targets.
2. Achieve and exceed growth, sales, and profitability targets for the various retail partnerships.
3. Liaise with partners and provide sales support to their agents.
4. Facilitate recruitment, train, and monitor the performance of agents in the various partnerships.
5. Support partner companies to prospect for clients and carry out presentations on company’s products and services to support business executives on the field.
6. Resolve concerns and complaints pertaining to retail partnerships.
7. Ensure partners compliance with corporate governance and company policies and procedures.

Required Skills or Experience

1. University Degree or Higher National Diploma
2. A Diploma in Insurance qualification would be an added advantage.
3. A minimum of four (4) years experience in team/branch management
4. Experience in sales and relationship management skills.
5. Good Business development and management skills.
6. Ability to lead and deliver on promise.
7. Good knowledge of the insurance industry
8. Good communication skills including writing and presentation skills.
9. Good computer skills especially in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
