    Partnerships & Project Manager

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Developing and managing partnerships with NGOs, corporates, and government agencies
    • Leading project planning, execution, and monitoring
    • Supporting resource mobilization and proposal development
    • Promoting microinsurance solutions tailored for our clients
    • Coordinating impact measurement and cross-functional teams

    Ideal candidate:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field
    • 5+ years in microfinance, partnership development, or project management
    • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement & donor reporting skills
