Roles and responsibilities

The Employee’s typical duties shall include, but will not be limited to the following;

• Cross-sell beauty products (e.g,. serums, body lotions, deodorants, toners, cleansers, fragrances) of different brands.
• Cross-sell pharmaceutical products (different drugs) of different brands.
• Identify customer needs and recommend cosmetics and skin care products based on their preferences
• Requisition drugs and other related commodities. Place orders for stock replenishment to the pharmacy store to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Storage of drugs and health-related commodities.
• Dispenses medicines and related commodities.
• Ensuring economic use of equipment and supplies.
• Advise customers on how to take care of their skin and also educate them on how to use different products and in what order.
• Keep track of stock levels. Monitor stock levels of pharma beauty products/accessories and place orders to ensure no stock-outs.
• Participate in regular monitoring of drugs for expiry
• Ensure cleanliness and proper presentation of products on the shelves. Rotate beauty products on the shelves regularly and maintain attractive displays at all times.
• Help clients find products they’re looking for in our store.

Education & Experience

• A Diploma in pharmacy
• At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar role in Retail is desirable
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Aptitude in delivering required reports
