About the role
You'll work with the CEO, sales manager and customers, engage with partners and customers, provide them seamless support, help them understand our value propositions and differentiators and retain them with Kola. In this role, you'll find and acquire new distributors, wholesalers and retailers and onboard them on the Kola app. You will provide critical feedback to product development and ensure minimum 90% retention of customers. You will work with the CEO to improve the product and service offering. You will keep customers happy by problem-solving and continuously informing them of existing and new value within Kola and more. You should be Able to work from locations outside Accra and Tema to surrounding areas in the Western and Eastern Regions.
