Restaurant Manager at Kipchimatt Supermarket

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience Ensure that every customer enjoys a high quality dining experience with excellent service
• Operations Management Oversee day to day operations, including inventory, ordering and scheduling
• Financial Management Monitor budgets, control costs and work towards achieving sales targets
• Quality Control Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and food quality in line with health and safety regulations
• Marketing and Promotion Collaborate on marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and customer engagement
• Problem Solving Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Team Leadership Train and supervise restaurant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment

Requirements

• Diploma in culinary arts, or a similar qualification
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a busy kitchen environment
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends
• Commitment to food safety anf hygiene standards
• Flexibility to work in the evening, on weekends and holidays as needed
