    Sales Executive

    Our client in a manufacturing industry is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive to spearhead their sales operations within the Nairobi region. This is a high-impact role for a proven sales professional who thrives in fast-paced markets, knows the Nairobi consumer landscape inside-out, and can consistently deliver exceptional sales results.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive sales growth by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities across the Nairobi region.
    • Maintain and expand a strong client network, building long-term business relationships.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic territory management.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
    • Collaborate with marketing and distribution teams to ensure optimal product visibility and availability.
    • Provide regular, accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years proven sales experience in the FMCG sector, with an outstanding track record of high-volume sales in Nairobi.
    • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of Nairobi’s retail and wholesale distribution networks.
    • Self-driven, ambitious and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
