    Sales Manager (Real Estate)

    Description

    • The ideal candidate MUST be a born leader with strong negotiation skills.
    • They must possess an ability to close deals, lead a cohesive sales team and achieve organizational objectives on a consistent basis.
    • Your ultimate responsibility is to drive sales and increase the company’s bottomline.


    Role Description and Responsibilities

    • As the Sales Manager, your role is client facing which requires you to demonstrate and communicate the mission and vision of the company.


    The specific responsibilities include:

    • Contacting prospects and prioritizing daily to achieve appointments and meet targets.
    • Meeting regularly with clients to discuss their needs and concerns in order to identify new opportunities for sales growth.
    • Self-motivated and building effective relationships both internally and externally.
    • Managing a sales team and providing leadership, training and coaching.
    • Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals to increase revenue.
    • Set individual sales targets with sales team.
    • Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting.
    • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed.


    Working Experience and Education Requirements:

    • In order to qualify for this role, you must have excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities. You should also have the following:
    • Bachelor's degree in sales and marketing.
    • Previous working experience in a similar environment.
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
    • Experience selling in a faced paced environment.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills.
    • A strategic thinker with proven ability of results.
