    Sales & Marketing Representative

    Role Overview

    • The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for driving new business growth through proactive inbound and outbound sales activities. The role focuses on identifying potential customers, qualifying their needs, and guiding them through Aquantuo’s onboarding process to ensure successful conversions and long-term engagement. The SDR serves as a first point of contact for prospects and plays a vital role in expanding Aquantuo’s member base across target markets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and engage potential customers through inbound inquiries and outbound prospecting.
    • Conduct outreach via calls, emails, in-person visits, and social platforms to build and nurture leads.
    • Qualify prospects based on their needs, fit, and readiness to use Aquantuo’s services.
    • Introduce and sell Aquantuo’s logistics and fulfillment solutions to potential clients.
    • Guide prospects through the website sign-up process and ensure successful conversions.
    • Follow up with new sign-ups to support onboarding and encourage shipment initiation.
    • Manage and update all lead and conversion information accurately in the CRM system.
    • Respond promptly to inbound leads and inquiries, ensuring every potential customer is attended to.
    • Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities through consistent lead generation and follow-ups.
    • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure smooth client experience and handover.
    • Prepare and submit weekly performance reports capturing leads, conversions, and feedback.
    • Represent Aquantuo professionally during client interactions and field visits.
    • Participate in weekly sales reviews to discuss progress, challenges, and areas of improvement.
    • Continuously build market awareness to identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Self-driven and goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer success.
    • Experience with both inbound and outbound sales environments.
    • Ability to work independently and meet set targets under minimal supervision.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales channels is an advantage.

    Work Conditions

    • Full-time, onsite role (office and field-based).
    • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    • Compensation and duration as per contract terms.
