Sales Representative at County Sacco

Duties and Responsibilities

• The holder of this position is required to execute all the duties and responsibilities detailed below;
• Customer Service and Care
• Handling members' queries that are within office authority.
• Member education and sensitization on new developments.
• Initiate development and regular review of the customer service charter.
• Selling
• Sell and market all Sacco products.
• Prepare presentations for prospective customers.
• Recruit new members to the Sacco.
• Marketing
• Prospect for new business.
• Implement all marketing and business growth strategies.
• Develop and execute an annual strategic marketing plan that will expand the Sacco's brand awareness, growth and service.
• Participate in trade fairs, marketing promotions, road shows and any other publicity campaign as may be assigned and providing reports on the same.
• Relationship Management
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with members.
• Member education - communicate Sacco information to the customers on any new policies that may be implemented.
• Visit clients to get complaints/comments and handling complaints at the field level.
• Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation and protect society brands.

Qualifications.

Education

• Diploma in Marketing, Business or a Related Field.
