    Sales Representative

    1. SwifttDrop is a fast-growing logistics platform helping businesses deliver smarter, faster and at lower cost. They are looking for energetic and persuasive Sales Representatives to drive merchant acquisition and adoption of their on-demand delivery solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong customer relationships.

    Responsibilities;

    1. Identify, target and onboard new merchants (retailers, pharmacies, boutiques, e-commerce platforms).
    2. Pitch SwifttDrop’s unique value proposition — WhatsApp-enabled, on-demand and cost-saving logistics.
    3. Build and maintain merchant relationships to drive repeat business.
    4. Track performance and consistently meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    5. Gather merchant feedback to support product and service improvements.
    6. Collaborate with marketing to roll out campaigns and outreach initiatives.

    Required Specifications;

    1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
    2. At least 2 years’ experience in B2B sales (logistics, e-commerce, or SaaS background preferred).
    3. Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
    4. Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline tracking.
    5. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
