This task involves monitoring current plans and deadlines and organizing and participating in meetings.
To be successful as a Sales Support, you will need to be able to work on tight deadlines, be competent in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel, and have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Responsibilities:
Assisting in the creation and execution of Lead Generation initiatives (e.g. contact search, contact verification, competitors information search, etc.)
Ensuring all the deadlines are met
Determining workflow changes
Teamwork organizing and coordinating, creating workflow manuals
Communicating directly with our colleagues from the US (in English)
Participating and coordinating virtual meetings
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
Requirements:
English proficiency: Intermediate+ (written and verbal) level requires as a minimum
Working knowledge of MS Office and Google Docs
Excellent written/verbal communication and time management skills
Ability to work both independently and in a team
Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once and to work on tight deadlines
