QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics/ statistics or Business Management.
2-3 years of experience in Saleforce Administration or in a similar role.
Experience in Business (Requirements) Analysis; systems deployment change management processes.
Deep knowledge and Experience with systems development life cycle, Agile delivery methodologies, and project management
Certification and experience with Salesforce development approaches including programming language (APEX) and supporting languages such as Java .
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to provide quick solutions to issues.
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to work in a team environment.
