JOB PURPOSE:

• To ensure products are available in the market at all times.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receiving stocks at the distribution.
• Verifying stocks as well as loading products on and off the distribution vehicles.
• Distributing products to outlets and invoicing the customer.
• Collection of crates from the outlets.
• Processing of the sales order for the next day.
• Reconciliation of records for the day.
• Prepare route sales reports.
• Prospecting for new clients.
• Liaising with the Sales Representatives.
• Prospecting new Customers and closing a sale.
• Distributing products to outlets and invoicing the customer as per the LPO.
• Daily processing of sales order for distributors, key accounts and institutions.
• Full reconciliation of sales work on daily basis.
• Onboarding of new customers through automation.
• Any other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS AND PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business administration or related field.
• 3 years’ work experience in sales and marketing.
• Over 5 years accident free driving experience.
• Valid Driving License-BCE class.
• Computer literacy skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good report writing skills.
• High standards of personal integrity.
• Customer service skills.
