• Manage travel operations, ensure smooth vehicle and driver coordination, maintain seamless logistics, address client needs promptly, and deliver exceptional service for a flawless and satisfying travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee vehicle maintenance and guide team coordination, ensuring schedules are met and client needs are fully covered, including multilingual support.
• Manage warehouse inventory processes and customer service across all trip phases to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Optimize operations by implementing SOP-based task allocations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Possess over 3 years of experience in travel agency or tourism operations, with expertise in vehicle scheduling, supplier negotiations, and customer service.
• Bachelors in tourism management, travel operations, hospitality management, or a related field.
• Proficient in office software, resource management systems, and data analysis, with the ability to independently optimize processes.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, thriving in fast-paced environments and effectively managing emergencies.
• Preferred but not essential: familiar with the KPSGA professional certification process, possession of PSV or TSV certification.
