    Senior Technical Product Manager

    About you

    • You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment with a high level of ambiguity and can make trade-off calls when working with competing priorities. You are innovative and have a strong sense of ownership. You are data driven and base your decisions on facts rather than opinions. You have a strong preference for action and are willing to be hands-on regarding details. The ability to influence, analytical skills, and leadership are essential traits for succeeding in this role.

    Your responsibilities

    • Taking full end-to-end responsibility for your product
    • Establishing a long-term vision and prioritized roadmap, and delivering on them
    • Acting as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that the solutions address the long-term needs of the business
    • Defining key business goals, KPIs, and success metrics, tracking them, and improving upon them
    • Regularly liaising with your stakeholders to understand their pain points and needs
    • Delivering great products flawlessly while raising the bar on quality, functionality, and usability
    • Actively coaching and mentoring other team members and direct reports
    • Ensuring alignment across departments and teams

    Required skills

    • 5+ years of technical product management experience
    • Profound technical knowledge, ideally with experience of microservices, cloud platforms (such as AWS), and complex systems
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends, diagnose problems, and quantify their business impacts
    • Problem solving with the ability to identify and evaluate complex issues and develop clear approaches to solving them, with a high level of user empathy
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with various levels of stakeholders, from senior leadership to individual members
    • Team player abilities with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
    • Experience with managing and coaching different levels of product managers
    • Strong organizational and dependency management skills, ensuring that projects are completed in an appropriate and timely manner

    Other beneficial skills

    • Education in a technology or business-related field
    • Software engineering background
    • Experience with database design or distributed design architecture
    • Good understanding of container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
