    Social Media and Marketing Associate

    • We are seeking a Marketing Superstar to join our team as a Social Media & Marketing Associate. This role is perfect for someone who excels at crafting impactful social media strategies, driving paid media campaigns, and delivering measurable marketing results. If you’re experienced with tools like Meta Business Suite, skilled at media buying, and passionate about building successful marketing campaigns, we want you!

    Key Responsibilities

    • Marketing Strategy & Execution
    • Develop and implement comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategies to achieve brand goals and increase ROI.
    • Plan, execute, and monitor paid media campaigns across social platforms, focusing on Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and other relevant channels.
    • Identify key audience segments and tailor campaigns to target high-converting customers.
    • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.
    • Social Media Strategy & Management
    • Create and execute strategies to grow BuuPass's social media presence on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
    • Develop data-driven, innovative strategies to increase engagement and drive organic growth.
    • Stay updated on social media trends and implement strategies to capitalize on viral opportunities and trending topics.
    • Media Buying & Ad Management
    • Plan and manage budgets for social media ad campaigns, ensuring maximum efficiency and performance.
    • Conduct A/B testing for creatives and audiences to optimize ad delivery and drive conversions.
    • Regularly review and report on paid media performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
    • Content Direction & Collaboration
    • Work closely with the design and content teams to guide the creation of compelling visuals, videos, and copy that align with marketing goals.
    • Oversee content calendars and ensure campaigns are executed on time and meet brand guidelines.
    • Provide strategic input for content designed to drive customer acquisition and retention.
    • Public Relations & Brand Awareness
    • Collaborate with PR teams to support campaigns, events, and partnership announcements.
    • Build and maintain relationships with influencers and media outlets to amplify BuuPass's presence.
    • Develop strategies to align PR initiatives with digital marketing campaigns for maximum impact.
    • Analytics & Reporting
    • Track and analyze performance metrics across all campaigns, reporting results and insights to key stakeholders.
    • Leverage tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other BI tools to measure ROI and marketing effectiveness.
    • Use insights to make data-driven recommendations for future campaigns and strategies.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
    • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, or paid media campaigns.
    • Proven expertise in media buying and managing campaigns through Meta Business Suite.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed marketing decisions.
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
    • Experience with performance marketing tools like Google Ads, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
    • Knowledge of SEO and content strategy is a plus.
    • A results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of driving engagement, conversions, and ROI.
