Key Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and produce high-quality videos tailored for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Develop captivating reels and short-form video content that resonates with our audience and drives engagement.
• Collaborate with the social media team to brainstorm, plan, and execute marketing campaigns.
• Manage video content post-production, including sound, transitions, animations, and graphics.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, video editing techniques, and algorithm changes.
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms while meeting the unique requirements of each platform.
• Assist in managing social media platforms, ensuring the growth of followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on video performance metrics to optimize future content.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in video editing, especially for social media (reels, short-form content).
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar).
• Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices for content creation.
• Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into engaging visuals.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
