Bachelor’s Degree Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: Supply Chain Management, Commerce (Supplies Management option), Procurement or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
Proficiency in computer application;
Demonstrated merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.

Three (3) years' experience at the grade of Assistant Officer III or in a comparable position in the public service or private sector;
Diploma Certificate in any of the following disciplines: Supply Chain Management, Commerce (Supplies Management option), Procurement or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;

Responsibilities:
Receiving and issuing general supplies and stores;
Raising stores requisitions for replenishment of stock;
Ensuring goods delivered by suppliers are of the right quantity;
Participating in Periodic and Annual stock taking of Stores;
Maintaining stores and inventory records;
Identifying idle and slow-moving stores items;
Issuing Request for Quotations to Suppliers;
Raising local purchase orders (LPOs) and local service orders (LSOs) to suppliers; and
