Team Leader (Logbook Financing) at Summit Recruitment and Search

The selected candidate will supervise and energize a team of sales representatives across the country, drive loan uptake, and support marketing and product education initiatives in their assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, and retain a productive sales team by implementing continuous hiring, training, and support strategies to meet branch performance goals and reduce attrition.
• Train, mentor, and supervise sales reps on product knowledge, compliance, and closing techniques while monitoring daily and weekly performance to ensure target achievement.
• Drive market penetration by identifying new opportunities, leading field activations, and integrating team efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
• Motivate and support teams through regular field coaching, fostering high morale, accountability, and consistent results across all levels.
• Track sales trends and competitor activity, conduct performance reviews, and share insights with leadership to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in micro-lending or consumer lending sales.
• Proven experience managing and leading sales teams in a performance-driven environment.
• Strong sales planning, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Energetic, field-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
