Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their ERP needs and document requirements
• Deliver impactful PowerPoint and product presentations to new and existing clients
• Prepare and refine technical proposals to support client onboarding
• Ensure the Software Dynamics brand stays visible in the ERP space
• Oversee onboarding activities, mentor interns, and develop client engagement strategies
