• To act as a key support to the Production Manager by handling administrative tasks, coordinating team activities, and ensuring smooth execution of travel plans for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and organize unique, professional East African travel itineraries.
• Coordinate and ensure all supplier communications and resource bookings are accurate, efficient, and cost- effective.
• Adapt flexibly to client needs, ensuring precise and efficient execution.

Qualifications

• at least 3 years in a travel operations or production-related role.
• Bechelors in tourism management, travel operations, hospitality management, or a related field.
• Skilled in multitasking with attention to detail, problem-solving, and supplier coordination.
• Proactive and ambitious, with strong negotiation, communication, and logical thinking skills.
• Passionate about travel and outdoor activities like trekking and hiking.
