We are looking for our new Visa center based in Accra Ghana for talented Visa Center Agents Temporary (3 months)
Agent has the responsibility for handling Visa Applications in accordance with company processes.
Your Key Responsibilities will be:
Handle daytoday Visa Applications in compliance with Standard Operations Procedures – greeting customers, supporting completion, and checking of applications, obtaining biometric data and other documentation
Proposal & Sales of Added Value Services (AVS) to Visa Applicants
Following an established and defined filing and administration process, guided by a computerbased system
Ensure engagement with applicants, provide a firstclass service and positive customer experience
Flag to Management/Supervision applications that may give rise to concern
Handle customer complaints assertively, and efficiently
Support initiatives to support the ongoing improvement of business performance
Those missions are subject to evolution depending of the business needs.
Essential Requirements:
Minimum of 1year customerfacing customer service experience
Very good English speaking. Other languages are a plus.
Robust knowledge of customer service techniques and principles
Demonstrable experience in a customer service role engaging direct liaison with the public
Working in a fastpaced and at times highly pressured environment
