    Job Description

    • We are looking for a Sales Representatives to support our Sales Manager in managing client accounts.
    • You will be responsible for assisting on the planning and implementation of projects and campaigns that will meet the needs of our clients and provide them with quality service,

    ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
    • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
    • Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunitiesAnalyze the market’s potential, track sates and status reports.
    • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems. Interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
    • Business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
    • Maintain relationship with clients by providing support.Information, and guidance.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Business/Marketing or a related field.
    • 3+ years of proven experience as a sales representative
    • A commitment to excellent customer serviceSuperb interpersonal skills. Including the ability quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers

    Sales Manager

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our sales team.
    • This is a leadership position that requires a team member who can manage people, processes and materials and has the confidence and knowledge to make critical decisions under pressure.

    Roles/ Responsibilities:

    • Provide day-to-day management leadership and expertise to the team members and/or individuals on the day-to-day activities and sales.
    • Create and maintain a sales culture, where the customer experience is the top priority.
    • Must be ready to train and ensure that all members of his team are delivering good performance and maintain a good relationship with all the clients.
    • Work closely with Senior Management and Directors to ensure that the sales processes and performance are optimal; make recommendations and bring initiatives where improvement is needed.
    • Execute market strategies with internal and external resources to maximize sales and develop and maintain key customer relationships.
    • Pursue market research on construction projects. Conduct sales calls.
    • Schedule promotional work and track sales activities in the assigned geographical territory.
    • Create revenue goals for the sales team and provide sales performance reports.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Business/Marketing or a related field.
    • 5+ years of proven experience as a sales Manager in the construction industries (preferably the glazing industry)
    • Strong work ethicCustomer-orientedSelf-drivingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
    • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
