    Product Consultant

    The key responsibilities in this role include:

    • Implementation of SL solutions, providing end-to-end implementation and on-going support services.
    • In conjunction with the sales, operations and supply chain consultants, support selling & implementation of SL IT solutions for all customers.
    • Evaluate SL supply chain scenarios of target customers, focusing on the supply chain systems and information flows.
    • Map the specific, and potentially unique, needs of customers onto a generic solution.
    • Select the optimum scenario which, while suiting a particular target customer, fully exploits DHL's current SL and supply chain systems capabilities and/or articulate requirements / opportunities for further enhancement of these services.
    • Advise in the selection of a scenario to penetrate target customers' businesses, and to build appropriate interdependencies between DHL and these customers.
    • Ensure properly formulated and documented proposals, and Requirement Statements for customer IT solutions are prepared, sponsoring business and systems analysis where necessary. Include current and projected service, cost and productivity levels. Rigorously manage the scope of proposals to ensure:
    • Ensure that “intra-system” dependencies are highlighted and included within the proposed scope of work.
    • Ensure proposals and requirement specifications are “signed-off” by all concerned parties.
    • Identify the possible operational implications of the proposed systems scenarios at various levels of customer service.
    • Service Logistics projects are of a large and complex nature, involving people from different countries/regions and functional disciplines. It is therefore critical that the project must be well structured, with clear objectives, roles and responsibilities and measurable deliverables at agreed time-frames
    • Assist in configuration management for ongoing operation and new implementation

    Now here's what we need from you;

    • Bachelor's Degree in IT/Engineering, Business or equivalent experience, required.
    • 5+ years experience in an IT systems for global, large, complex, systems integration projects (eg EDI), required.
    • 5+ years experience with Manhattan WMOS 201x with successful delivery of the solution from design to implementation, required.
    • 3+ IT Consulting experience, required

    Real Estate Solutions Global Program Manager

    How will you make an impact in this role?

    • Propose and develop new global strategic initiatives for DHL's Real Estate Solutions product
    • Develop complex program plans to implement initiatives and processes within timescale and quality parameters, and track program performance to successfully deliver on the overall business goals
    • Lead work streams on key initiatives and report on progress in initiative Steering Committees
    • Engage and create buy-in from key cross-functional stakeholders, including senior management
    • Drive change management of a fast-growing product
    • Prepare executive presentations, decision documents and present in professional meetings including Business Review Meetings, CEO meetings, etc.
    • Create internal communications using various media (e.g., quarterly newsletters, podcasts, articles, get creative!) to promote engagement across a team of nearly 100 RES team members in 15+ countries
    • Support RES community sponsors to facilitate RES community meetings (e.g., construction, development, capital markets, program management, investment management, customers) including preparing community meeting agendas, tracking community priorities, etc.
    • Coordinate global conferences, events, executive meetings
    • Analyse business processes, identify opportunities/ solutions and prioritize projects according to relevant measurement criteria
    • Develop best practice processes, conduct pilots, and support standardized implementation in regions

    Now here's what we need from you:

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Ability to work with stakeholders around the world, often in a virtual team
    • Aptitude to present work in a concise and structured way using effective communication skills (verbal, PowerPoint, etc.)
    • Experience managing multiple projects concurrently, each with complex workstreams and stakeholder landscapes
    • Experience influencing more senior stakeholders to embrace change initiatives
