    Pricing and Data Manager

    Job Description

    • Pricing strategy & implementation & maintenance
    • Develop Pricing Strategy which will deliver profitable growth across the portfolio
    • Lead and drive implementation and execution of the Pricing Strategy across markets.
    • Definition of price corridors
    • Build framework to gather competitive pricing intelligence across the country
    • Drive the adoption of global pricing policies and processes within the regional organizations
    • Represent the country on all corporate-wide pricing initiatives
    • Implement & track defined and agreed price measures


    Controlling and Reporting

    • Lead Bosch Ghana Pricing Governance and monthly reviews with key internal stakeholders to review pricing KPI’s, performance and generate action plans
    • Implement processes to monitor local adherence to agreed pricing strategies for all product lines
    • Own and manage pricing analysis for the Business Unites, defining the key metrics and delivering required reporting to all key stakeholders.


    Product Cost

    • Coordinate product cost communication between Product Marketing, Regional Product Specialists and Marketing Managers  for changes during the year.
    • Coordinate argumentation for marketing managers increases (in connection with product Marketing).


    Processes

    • Deployment of Price Strategy Handbook and Pricing processes into the region/countries.
    • Implement Integrated Pricing Tool


    Qualifications
    EDUCATION

    • Degree in Business,Mathematics, Finance, Marketing, Economics or related field of study or equivalent related work experience
    • Qualified in Marketing and Sales instruments


    Additional Information
    EXPERIENCE

    • 5 years’ experience in automotive industry.
    • Proven professional pricing related experience required, preferably within Marketing, Commercial or Finance (specific experience of running strategic pricing programmes ideal).
    • Knowledge of the use of market research for pricing
    • Experience of using revenue management software to analyse and set price


    SKILLS
    Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex situations
    Project Management skills
    Strong analytical and data management skills, and experience in statistical techniques
    Proven track record in influencing Commercial teams to deliver growth through price and profitability management

    Regional Sales Director, Automotive After Market, West Africa

    Job Description

    Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

    • Build up and manage the West Africa for the Automotive Aftermarket (AA) division
    • Increase turnover, profit and market share of AA sales West African market
    • Implement the AA strategy and ensure targets achievement under consideration of available resources
    • Responsible for all Independent Aftermarket Market (IAM) activities in the region on distributor-, wholesaler- and workshop level
    • Lead all Country Sales Managers in the sub-region as well as disciplinary leader of sub-regional Managers, Customer Supply Chain Services, Customer Marketing Services, and Technical Services as far as they are located in the same country
    • Apply leadership instruments as department sub-regional head, implement a growth culture, internalize and apply Bosch leadership principles
    • Anticipate trends and their impact on own area of responsibility
    • Responsible for regional budget
    • Establish, maintain and develop customer relationships: Drive and support acquisition of new customers which fit the AA strategy
    • Negotiate, agree and confirm annual customer agreements/contracts: personally or supported by CSM (Country Sales Manager)
    • Support expansion of Bosch Service network.
    • Systematic realization and exploitation of business opportunities and systematic introduction of new products
    • Conclusion of target agreements with customers at the beginning of each year, systematic follow-up during the year
    • Regular market/customer visits and up to 40% travelling
    • Arranging for regular sales-oriented product trainings
    • Management of profit and loss calculation, business planning, and PCR (Price Change Rate), methods of accounting
    • Implement project planning and management, project presentation and documentation / project controlling

     

    Qualifications

    • Completed Honors degree in Engineering / Business Administration / Economic Sciences or related field
    • MBA degree or similar qualification required

    Additional Information

    Requirements

    • 7+ years working experience in a business-to-business automotive spare parts sales including IAM and distribution channels
    • 7 + years working experience in sales and marketing management environment in a leadership role
    • Solid technical understanding related to the automotive industry
    • Previous exposure to role with P&L responsibility or similar
    • Experience working with cross-functional and intercultural teams
    • Excellent negotiation skills
    • Familiar with working in a Multinational/ Corporate environment
    • Solid communication skills in English (Speak / Read / Write)
    • French language skills would be an advantage
    • Fully computer literate in MS Office packages, Outlook and SAP
