    Investment Accountant

    About the job

    • The Investment Accountant will play a critical role in accounting and reporting. This role requires expertise in capital calls, distributions, waterfall calculations, and entity-level financial statement preparation, ensuring strict adherence to fund agreements and regulatory standards.

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare cash calls and distributions through the investment accounting module.
    • Prepare cash call and distribution notices.
    • Reconcile capital balances between the investment accounting module and the GL.
    • Record journal entries and prepare financial statements for investment entities.
    • Process monthly P&L roll ups in the investment accounting module.
    • Maintain entity-level waterfall models for promote calculations.

    Skills (Hard & Soft)

    • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial data clearly.
    • Experience with an industry-standard Investment Accounting System (e.g., Investran, Geneva, etc.) MUST. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
    • Experience in real estate investment accounting.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience as an accountant or in the investment accounting field.

    Business Development Executive

    • The SDR/BDR will be responsible for client outreach and engagement, focusing on upselling services to existing clients, reconnecting with those who have received proposals but haven’t responded, and conducting cold calls to new prospects
    • This role requires prior experience managing CRM systems (mandatory), with HubSpot proficiency preferred but not required
    • The ideal candidate will have a background in sales (B2B or B2C), preferably in service-based industries

    Skills

    • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client outreach
    • Experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably selling services
    • Mandatory experience managing CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred)
    • English Level: 9.0 – 10.0 (Fluent to Native proficiency)

    • Strong client communication and interpersonal skills
    • Independent and self-motivated
