The successful candidate will operate the stores function as per QMS procedures. There will be responsibility for the day to day organisation and operation of the stores and security of spares, goods and materials contained in the stores.
Key Activities and Accountabilities:
- Organise the operation and security of the stores.
- Liaise with the Operations department and workshop supervisor with regard to activity levels and demands for operational equipment to ensure allocated resources are in place
- Action receipt and issue of spares
- Update the computerised stock control system daily showing transactions used to maintain a cost-effective level.
- Undertake weekly stock checks.
- Action the requisitioning of spares and consumables on a daily basis to maintain stock levels.
- Encourage and develop inter-company / inter-base co-operation at all levels. Look at resource sharing thus enabling the region and the group to meet its contractual obligations.
- Maintain an active participation in improving the quality and HSEQ management system and bring to the attention of senior management any HSEQ issues that requires their attention.
- Participate and attend regular meetings to discuss operational base issues and share updates on latest company policies, structure, future plans, technologies and safety related topics.
- Ensure general housekeeping is at a high standard for a safe, clean working environment and that COSHH regulations are observed in the area.
- Maintain the filing system for stores documentation.
- Liaise with internal and external departments as and when required to ensure all questions and queries are resolved and liaise with manager on any concerns
- Actively adhere to the Code of Conduct and Anti-Bribery policies, procedures and processes to ensure the highest ethical standards are maintained and exposure to liability or risk to Expro’s reputation is minimised. If necessary, report possible violations or conflicts of interest

Job Knowledge and Qualifications:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management
- Previous storekeeping experience
- Basic knowledge of SAP or similar software package preferred

The successful candidate will work within a team to assist under supervision with the preparation and running of subsea equipment offshore ensuring successful safe operations in accordance with Company procedures and thereby ensuring a quality service to client
Key Activities and Accountabilities:
- Carry out subsea operations with team members ensuring safe completion of the operational task with prevention of technical issues in line with the Subsea Operating manual.
- Undertake checks on all equipment for their compliance with Expro’s policies, standards and procedures and ensure they are technically correct for the operation being carried out
- Attend and participate in tool box talks and planning meetings when required
- May be required to work at onshore bases in the preparation and return of equipment.
- Liaise with client’s representatives when required in a professional manner ensuring quality of service to client.
- Liaise with offshore Supervisor, team members, and subsea operations department as and when required to ensure all aspects of the operations are discussed as required with the relevant parties to ensure effective communication to achieve safe operations and task completion.
- Ensure completion of required documentation for company procedures, processes and specific client’s requirements.
- Actively work with subordinates to share knowledge to assist with their competency progression when required
- Work with colleagues and Supervisor to complete required competencies for current and next role

The successful candidate will promote safe, responsible and compliant operations throughout the area of responsibility, assisting managers to ensure that HSEQ methods and systems are implemented, used consistently and monitored regularly and to provide support to managers and employees in relevant HSEQ matters.
Key Activities and Accountabilities
- Where necessary acts as the focal point for all HSEQ matters in area of responsibility including the provision of advice on relevant legislation; may liaise with government and other external bodies as required including the award and/or maintenance of external certification.
- Ensure compliance with Expro HSEQ methods and systems in the area of responsibility to ensure consistency of approach and understanding of goals
- May assist to identify local HSEQ methods and systems as necessary
- Support managers in the delivery of HSEQ targets and goals to ensure continuous awareness and improvement of key HSEQ areas
- Explain HSEQ policies, standards and directives to managers and employees and suggests appropriate training as necessary
- Assist in the creation and review of risk, manual handling and COSHH assessments; may maintain the emergency response plan including requirement for drills and training in area of responsibility
- Ensure accidents and near misses are reported, investigated and effective corrective action taken and closed out
- Ensure non-conformance reports (PIRs) are raised, investigated and effective correction action taken and closed out
- Monitor HSEQ performance and supports managers to comply with reporting requirements including Etrak reports, KPIs, planned HSE inspections etc; assist with effective dissemination of relevant HSEQ information to relevant parties; update systems with information as required.
- May be responsible for HSEQ input to bids as required.
- Provide HSE and Quality training including HSEQ induction training for new hires and contractors
- Arrange and contribute to safety and quality meetings within the area of responsibility.

Job Knowledge and Qualifications:
- Degree in Environmental Science
- Professional Qualification in HSEQ, NEBOSH or its equivalent
- Experience in an HSEQ environment
- Understanding of HSEQ management systems
- ISO 9001, 2015 or APIQ2 Lead Auditor Training for Qualify Management System Certification is an added advantage
