    Photographer & Videographer

    We are searching for a talented visual storyteller, with the ability to creatively engage our targeted audiences with compelling photo, video and text contents.

    Responsibilities

    • Work with content marketer to develop videos and photos for brand storytelling
    • Travel to project sites to gather information and visuals for documentaries and publications
    • Editing video and photography contents
    • Drive the growth and brand awareness of the organisation through content generation

    Skills & Experience

    • Ability to originate and communicate compelling storylines and themes that are aligned with the organisation’s focus
    • Technical videography, photography and editing skills
    • Great work ethic, punctual, great people skills
    • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative suite tools or other professional video/photo editing tools
    • Strong proficiency in using professional recording devices: pro cameras, drones, VR Cameras etc
    • A portfolio of compelling video and photography works/projects

    Qualification

    • BA/BS degree
    • A minimum of 2 years working experience as a videographer and photographer

    Inbound & Content Marketer

    We are looking for a data-driven inbound marketer to create content and attract site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for the business, and nurturing those leads.

    Responsibilities

    • Create contents & resources each month to drive leads, subscribers & awareness (ex. ebooks, whitepapers, infographics, articles, podcasts).
    • Grow new leads by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content
    • Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through social media management, email email marketing
    • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
    • Prepare creative briefs for videographers/photographers and graphic designers to develop into contents for digital platforms

    Skills & Requirements

    • A coachable person
    • Excellent writer and communicator. French language skills would be an asset.
    • Past experience building audiences either online or offline
    • Some past experience in marketing preferred.
    • Creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
    • Proficiency in marketing automation, blogging & email marketing in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers.
    • Conversant with digital marketing platforms (LinkedIn, Mailchimp, Google Analytics)

    Qualification

    • BA/BS degree in marketing, communication or related degree

    Graphic Designer

    We are looking for an experienced graphic designer with excellent skills in graphic designing, motion graphics and video editing.

    Responsibilities

    • Design all creatives, documents and interfaces following the corporate brand guide
    • The focal person for updating and improving the corporate brand guide as well as ensuring compliance with the brand guide
    • Working with the web development team in designing websites
    • Work with UI/UX team in designing app and web interfaces
    • Work with the marketing team to design brand and marketing collaterals, documents and social media contents

    Requirements

    • Ability to take initiative
    • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative suite tools
