    Table Packing Supervisor

    • Ideally the incumbent should have some packaging, operational and/or sorting experience in a production environment. He/she will be responsible for coordinating with shift supervisors to carry out packing/sorting activities of finished goods in order to meet the quality demands in a reliable and costeffective manner.

    Results / Accountabilities

    • Manage table packing teams
    • Timely closure of stock take with proper documentations passed
    • Conduct RCA for sorting packing and market rejects
    • Coordinate with Quality department on a day to day basis
    • Maintain a sorting target of minimum 95% (SKU)

    Electrical Technician

    • The Electrical Technician will support operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing and optimizing all facilities and manufacturing equipment and electrical components. This position creates value for the facility by performing preventive and corrective electrical maintenance leading to increase uptime and reliability, thus helping the facility to meet their production and quality goals.

    Results / Accountabilities

    • Repair electrical systems, wiring, circuit breakers, equipment and other components so that they remain at full functioning capacity.
    • Review blueprints to understand the placement of wiring or to comprehend the working of the equipment to provide the right service and repairs.
    • Provide suggestions on the lifespan of equipment and other electrical components, advising when certain components should be replaced due to potential risks.
    • Ensure all routine electrical maintenance work is handled on a regular schedule to reduce the risk of larger and more complex issues and to reduce costs.
    • Responsible for providing coverage in the absence of other Maintenance Technicians.

    Warehouse Racking Assistant

    • The role holder will be responsible for controlling the flow of stock to the warehouse. He/she will monitor the goods that come in and out between sections and efficiently move, handle items and keep stock records.

    Results / Accountabilities

    • Receive daily online packed products for safe quarantine in the racks
    • Arrange all products in the racks according to their badges and SKU
    • Supply matured product of any SKU required for sorting as directed by the sorting supervisor
    • Update logs for inventory processing
    • Ensure workspace is free of debris and remove safety hazards from the aisles
    • Provide racking progress and/or change over reports to shift supervisors.
    • Wear safety gear at all times.

    Operator Technician

    The Operator Technician oversees specific production lines during production hours, with full responsibility for line management. The incumbent should have extensive experience in production machinery operation and some mechanical engineering experiences. He/she will provide line supervision and basic line maintenance on assigned lines.

    Results / Accountabilities

    • Start up and shut down processing lines.
    • Train personnel on proper operational procedures.
    • Ensure cooperation and teamwork within team.
    • Assist in the installation/replacement of new parts on the production line

    Mechanical Technician

    This position will support operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing and optimizing all facilities and manufacturing equipment including but not limited to construction, painting, plumbing, welding, heating/cooling, automation and fire protection systems in a safe and orderly fashion.

    This position creates value for the facility by performing preventive and corrective maintenance leading to increased up-time and reliability, thus helping the facility to meet their production and quality goals.

    Results / Accountabilities

    • Identify, troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and simple electrical problems on plant facilities and production equipment.
    • Recognizes and corrects potential equipment failure or unsafe conditions and communicates this to Maintenance Manager.
    • Performs welding and fabrication (both stick and gas) in various locations and positions including pipe and structural on various metals for new and existing equipment.
    • Responsible for proper care/cleaning of tools, parts, materials and work area
    • Responsible for providing coverage in the absence of other Maintenance Technicians.
