Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori items, breads, and accompaniments.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Learn and grow within the kitchen team, contributing ideas and enthusiasm.
• Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
• Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served.
• Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen.
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly. Check quality of ingredients.
• Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages.
• Support the other chefs in daily kitchen operations and menu preparation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar in a reputable hotel
• Basic knowledge of Indian spices, cooking techniques, and recipes.
• Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods
• (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)
• Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
• A certificate or diploma in Culinary Arts is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to achieve academy goals and manage the overall brand identity.
• Design and execute digital campaigns and social media management across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube) with a focus on clear KPIs, reach, and engagement growth.
• Maintain a content calendar, ensuring new content is delivered at least every two days.
• Create all content including videography, photography, and editing, requiring the candidate to possess their own media equipment and editing tools.
• Capture, produce, and promptly edit high-quality, trend-driven content (matches, training, events) with strong storytelling that highlights player journeys and achievements.
• Ensure all content strictly follows Aegis Academy brand guidelines, includes the logo, and maintains a consistent, recognizable visual identity.
• Analyze performance metrics, prepare marketing reports, and recommend improvements for content, campaigns, and overall strategy.
• Collaborate with staff (coaches, admin) and the Marketing Team to align content with strategic goals (recruitment, awareness) and promptly upload all final raw and edited files to the shared drives.

Requirements

• Creator must have their own: camera, microphone, laptop, reliable internet, editing software(capcut,final cut, premier pro,photoshop)
• Hold a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Film Production, or a related field.
• Must have proven, practical experience in marketing strategy, social media management, and end-to-end content creation (videography, photography, and editing); sports marketing experience is an added benefit.
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, audience profiling, and brand positioning, proficient in running campaigns, analyzing insights, and fluent in social media trends and algorithms.
• Highly skilled photographer and videographer with a creative eye and advanced editing capability for both short-form and storytelling content, essential for meeting fast turnaround times.
• Must be highly creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and organized, with the ability to work independently and meet strict timelines.
• Must be flexible and willing to attend weekend matches, tournaments, and events
