    Quality Control Officer (Sports Equipment)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop, implement, and oversee quality control procedures to maintain the highest product and service standards.
    • Conduct audits to identify quality gaps, recommend corrective actions, and ensure compliance with established quality benchmarks.
    • Analyse data to monitor quality performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for management review.
    • Design and deliver training programs to improve processes and foster a culture of quality across the organization.
    • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards in all manufacturing processes.
    • Evaluate and analyse Quality Control reports from section-level Quality Controllers for accuracy and insights.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues, drive solutions, and implement continuous improvement strategies.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
    • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in quality assurance, preferably within a similar manufacturing environment.
    • Certification in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001 or equivalent).
    • Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and professional best practices.
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

    Project Documentation Lead

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design a client-focused IPD template that includes:
      • Why Matrix: Aligns project purpose with client goals.
      • What is Energy Management: Simplifies and explains key concepts.
      • Problem Identification: Highlights insights from site surveys.
      • Plan of Action: Outlines detailed installation steps.
      • Expected Results: Clearly defines tangible outcomes and deliverables.
    • Ensure the template is visually appealing and accessible to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Translate technical details into simplified, value-driven stories.
    • Use visuals, charts, and infographics to enhance storytelling.
    • Work closely with technical and BD teams to gather accurate and relevant data for the IPD.
    • Ensure alignment between technical details and client objectives.
    • Serve as the final checkpoint for all IPDs, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and alignment with the framework.
    • Regularly review and refine the IPD process to improve efficiency and impact.

    Qualifications

    • Technical Understanding + Simplification: Ability to translate energy management concepts into client-friendly terms.
    • Storytelling Expertise: Strong communication skills to craft compelling, client-focused narratives.
    • Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with technical, sales, and project teams.
    • Document Design Skills: Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, or design platforms (e.g., InDesign, Adobe, Canva).
    • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in reviewing and packaging data into polished deliverables.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee payroll, benefits, and wellness programs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
    • Develop HR strategies for workforce and succession planning, while advising leadership on talent retention.
    • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to align with company values.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
    • Professional HR certification (e.g., CHRP, SHRM, CIPD) is highly preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a growth-stage company.
    • Experience with HR platforms and tools, including SenseHR or similar systems, is an advantage.
    • Strong understanding of Kenyan labour laws and statutory requirements.
