    Tenancy Acquisition Head

    The tenancy acquisition head works closely with the property acquisition team to understand the property acquired and find suitable tenants for the properties.


    • Develop and manage strong tenants acquisition channels
    • Manage and grow professional viewings as a way of growing revenues
    • Screening of tenants
    • Building networks for local rental agents, universities, and corporations
    • Grow co-living housing in Ghana
    • Preparing the property for marketing and finding tenants
    • Any other duty assigned by the managing director

    Head of Property Aquisition

    The head of the Property Acquisition will report to the managing director. A property acquisition manager oversees the acquisition activities of the company. Their role involves finding and researching prospective property acquisition deals, negotiating the terms and contract, implementing, and finalizing the acquisition deal.


    • Negotiate contract terms in order to get the best deals for property233 while also making sure it is beneficial to our clients.
    • Review potential or proposed acquisitions to ensure that they are a good fit for the company strategically and financially.
    • Set, monitor, and maintain reports for the company
    • Maintain relationships with clients.
    • Create long term rent collection strategies to aid in the decision-making process as it relates to acquisitions.
    • Any other duties assigned by the managing director.

    Interior Design Associate (Sales person)

    The Interior Design Associate works with and under the supervision of the interior design head and the facility management team to help design and deliver products to the end-user. The Interior Design Associate will be responsible for the following;

    • Search and bid for new projects
    • Market the designs and bring clients
    • Determine the client’s goals and requirements for the project
    • Visit the site after the project is complete, to ensure that client is satisfied
