    Executive Assistant

    The ideal candidate will  be responsible for;

    • organizing and maintaining files and records;
    • preparing and editing correspondences, reports and provide quality customer service.
    • capable of managing his/her work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment

    Job Requirements

    A minimum of a Bachelors degree or an equivalent. A minimum of five (5) years experience in a similar role. Must be matured and bilingual; English and French. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint, and Access. Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills. Strong verbal and writing communication skills.
