Job Purpose Statement
To provide effective and efficient 1st and 2nd level user support, patch management and application administration with respect to the T24 Core Banking application, all its related interfaces and other Business Applications e.g. Turnkey, Credit Applications, Chequepoint. This includes support for projects and changes carried out on any of these applications In collaboration with external vendors, system experts and information security experts the Core Banking Specialist will schedule and direct activities to resolve Core Banking software and service problems in a timely and accurate fashion according to agreed SLA
