Job Description

• Plan and coordinate major medium- and long-term maintenance plans including shutdown maintenance activities across all MODEC Ghana facilities, ensuring synergies and onshore resources support are met.
• Coordinate planned maintenance activities across all MODEC Ghana facilities.
• Plan major shutdowns, ensuring work packs are in place for major equipment and by ensuring that materials and parts for the major equipment are available on time.
• Liaise with Maintenance Supervisors / Materials & Logistics Lead in ordering of stores, spare gear and maintenance of on-board stock levels.
• Be aware of class and flag survey requirements and plan for the preparation of machinery or equipment for survey
• Be familiar with the MODEC Ghana facilities plant and machinery, working knowledge of safety requirements, including work permit systems, operational and emergency procedures, Company policy and instructions.
• Provide updates and reports against plans and necessary supply “S curve” tracking of smaller project planning, if appropriate.
• Maintain facilities POB forecasting to identify issues in advance.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of class and flag survey requirements and plan for the preparation of machinery or equipment for survey
• Maintain up to date knowledge of all MODEC Ghana facilities, plant and machinery, working knowledge of safety requirements, including work permit systems, operational and emergency procedures, Company policy and instructions.

Requirement/Skills

• Appropriate degree or formal technical qualification preferred. Tertiary education - engineering preferred but extensive operational experience in similar environments equally valid.
• +5 years’ experience industry experience preferably within the FPSO operations environment.:
• Demonstrated Operational planning experience.
• Understanding of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems in an oil and gas operations & maintenance environment.
• Some planning exposure and shutdown experience.
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Project.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Job Description

•  Prepare/review, comment and mark-up drawings of piping diagram, piping arrangement, isometrics, vendor drawing and purchase specification and ensure in compliance with contract specifications and classification.
• Carry out piping stress analysis and supporting design of critical piping connecting to Reactors, Columns, Heat Exchangers, Pumps, Air coolers, Compressors, using Caesar II software Selection of spring hangers and special supports
• Review of pipe routings with respect to Stress and pipe support
• Investigate and resolve for field piping construction issue
• On board inspection, make proposal sketches for owner approval; prepare drawings and material take off for major repair/upgrade projects
• Inspection for as built plan preparation and arrangement checking for new build and 3D Model review and modification proposal.
• Liaise with owners, vendors and regulatory bodies on engineering design matters and liaise with Operation to resolve site problems.
• Liaise with Offshore Execution team on the installation and implementation of the refurbishment and/ or installation.
• Support Brownfield Piping Engineering works, inclusive of design, stress analysis and modification.
• Make infrequent trips to Offshore for site survey for piping designs and engineering for site confirmation.

Requirement/Skills

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or Equivalent in Professional Certification
• Minimum 5 Years in Piping Engineering, Design, Stress Analysis and Calculations.

Job Description

• Receipt of invoices/PO and appropriate time stamping of documents
• Review of invoices/PO’s, etc. to check for 3 way match for confirmation
• Accurate and timely booking of PO’s/Invoices in Accounting system (SAP)
• Reconciliation of AP accounts
• Manual receipt and review of vendor invoices in line with procedure to avoid duplication
• Month End Reconciliations of accounts payables, accounts receivable, prepayment and forex transactions difference tracking
• Responding to compliance audit, external audits, group audits, client audit and GRA audits
• Compilation of clients billing details for TEN O&M , Jubilee O&M, TRP, EPCI, Warranty , Nopci, per client detailed requirement
• Analyze and capture taxes per client's requirement and GRA requirement
• Determine the correct project tax codes to be assigned to each cost line item on an invoices/purchase order
• Identify change in vendor bank and vendor name and ensure compliance procedure actions.
• Engagement with Cost Controllers /Budget Controllers on Daily basis in relation to accurate cost coding
• Identification of exhausted PO and action for PO revision and other Problem Invoice measures
• Administration of Petty cash accounts, ensure Petty cash levels are always maintained and disbursements are in accordance with approved limits
• Ensure department’s filing integrity is maintained
• Assist with audits as and when required
• Assist with Month end close procedures to strict timeliness from Global Accounting
• Any other responsibilities as assigned by Accounting Manager

Requirement/Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Accounting, Management, Economics or other business related field.
