    Senior Finance Manager – Naivasha

    Key Requirements:

    • Financial Planning and Strategy: Lead the company’s financial planning process, including preparing budgets and forecasts, and building and maintaining financial models to enable strategic decision making.
    • Performance Reporting: Prepare comprehensive monthly financial reports on performance and cash flow.
    • Operational Control: Monitor expenditures and analyze cost savings and efficiencies
    • Performance analysis: Avocado sales and harvest tracking, analysis and reporting.
    • Packhouse analysis: Analyse and monitor the performance of the company’s packing facility.
    • Accounting & Audit: Oversight of the monthly accounting and bookkeeping, management accounts preparation and processes. Oversight of the audit.
    • ERP Systems: Work on the implementation and running of a new ERP system.
    • Training and Development: Training and sharing of knowledge and skills with the current finance team, including a Finance Manager and Accounts Assistant, to ensure the team is highly capable and effective.
    • Management Engagement: Working with the company’s senior management and shareholders to provide them with the financial information and tools they require.
    • Governance and Compliance: Ensure the company’s financial practices are carried out with high levels of good governance, and to develop and improve them.

    Qualifications:

    • Relevant Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
    • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, and 10 years’ experience in finance Accounting qualification (CPA/ACCA).
    • Highly computer literate, with expertise in Excel.
    • Extensive experience with ERP and accounting software systems.
    • Previous experience in agriculture and/or retail or distribution is an added advantage.
    • Self-confident, conscientious, and highly organized with excellent written and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Able to act independently, take responsibility, and work with a team.

    Data Entry & Invoicing Clerk

    Responsibilities

    • Enter supplier invoices and create customer invoices in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with ETR and HS code requirements.
    • Liaise with stores staff to confirm order status, product availability, and dispatch timelines to ensure smooth transaction flow.
    • Maintain organized records and filing of supplier/customer invoices, dispatch documents, and other accounting-related paperwork for internal tracking and audit support.
    • Update and manage client billing information, SKUs, and price lists in the ERP.
    • Perform journal entries and support other data entry tasks in the ERP as required.
    • Provide timely responses to invoice or accounting-related queries from internal teams or clients and assist the finance department with administrative or compliance tasks.

    Requirements

    • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in invoicing, data entry, or accounts support roles.
    • Experience handling ETR machines and knowledge of HS code classifications under KRA TIMS system.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
    • Familiarity with ERP systems.
    • Attention to detail with the ability to manage repetitive, high-accuracy tasks.
    • Willingness to learn new systems and products quickly

    Waiter/ Waitress- Laikipia

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet and welcome guests promptly in a warm and friendly manner.
    • Present menus, explain menu items and daily specials, and make recommendations upon request.
    • Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
    • Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
    • Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or requests.
    • Clear tables, clean dining areas, and reset tables for the next guests.

    General Manager- Malindi

    Key Duties/Responsibilities

    • Lead the dried fruit division and ensure it meets the company’s overall goals.
    • Manage day-to-day activities, including production, procurement, quality control, staffing, and logistics.
    • Develop business plans, set up operational policies, and manage annual budgets.
    • Lead sales efforts, expand into export markets, and support new product development.
    • Make sure the division follows food safety standards and meets local and international certification requirements.
    • Hire, train, and manage teams in production, sales, and office functions.
    • Track business performance and report progress to senior management.
    • Follow company values and ensure legal compliance, especially in labour and environmental matters.

    Qualifications

    • A degree in Business, Food Technology, Agriculture, or a related field (a master’s degree is an added advantage).
    • At least 8 years of experience in a leadership role in food processing, agribusiness, or the FMCG sector.
    • Proven track record in factory/start-up management, supply chain leadership, and market growth.
    • Experience working with dried fruits or other value-added agricultural products.
    • Understanding of export markets and international food safety and certification standards (e.g. HACCP, ISO, Organic, BRC).
    • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
