Our commercial sales team at Tatu City is growing and we have an opening for an enterprising and goal-oriented Commercial Sales Advisor to join our existing team of high performers.
Your job responsibilities will include prospecting for new corporate clients, conducting sales presentations and site tours, negotiating deals, and closing sales of our industrial and commercial projects.
If you’re the Commercial Sales Advisor we are looking for, you’d be described as a go-getter, be confident and well-presented. You’ll have excellent communication skills, enjoy networking, and collaborate well with your team to achieve your goals.
We offer an attractive compensation package. We require a previous sales experience of 5-7 years preferably in commercial real estate, IT, engineering, or corporate banking with a proven track record of closing sales in a complex and demanding environment.
Real estate experience counts, but most of all you've got to have passion, responsibility and pride in what you do. Education qualifications: Bachelor’s degree needed at a minimum.
