ASM role is a critical liason between NCR and the Managed Services Customer. He responsible for managing the account and ensuring that NCR’s commitment to customer in respect of Equipment availability, resolution of Incidents, monitoring trends and getting outliers fixed. The role is also responsible analyzing the entire estate and recommending on what interventions should be put in place to ensure that the SLA commitments are met.
