About The Job

Duties:

• The ICASS Coordinator/CSC Supervisor oversees the four-person Customer Service Center, and coordinates all customer service monitoring and improvements across the ICASS service platform. 
• The position acts as the Collaborative Management Initiative (CMI) Coordinator for the Management Section and as the VIP Visit Coordinator. 
• Performs a variety of administrative functions in support of the work of the Management Counselor and the ICASS Council.

Qualifications and Evaluations

• Experience:  Requires two years experience working in an office environment.

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma and two years of college-level study is required.

Evaluations:

• Language:  Advanced Proficiency/Fluent English in reading, speaking and writing is required. This may be tested.

Qualifications:

• All applicants under consideration will be required to pass medical and security certifications.
