Manage a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets
Training, Leading and coaching agents in the team, to build their knowledge, attitude, skills and habits to improve retention and productivity of the agents.
Ensuring accurate and timely reporting weekly and monthly
Working with key stakeholders in branch to improve retention and productivity of agents through effective lead and prospect management.
Organizing and being the custodian of all branch meetings as directed and scheduled.
Ensuring the proper management of selling tools in branch (e.g. application forms) and support in the submission of same.
Being a leader of the execution of the distribution strategy in branch
Qualifications
University Degree. Technical Insurance qualification will be an added advantage

Excellent Communication skills
Excellent Interpersonal and coaching skills; Leadership ability to coach and mentor high caliber of Agents
Produces results: Directs actions toward achieving key business goals that are critical to company’s success
Strong time management skills
Knowledge of compliance regulations and policies and ability to apply procedures
