Job Description

• Direct and effectively manage the Alternative Channel’s (Agency Banking, USSD / Cellphone Banking, ATM/ ADT Channel, Mobile Banking Chanel etc.) resources in line with strategy, policies and values with a view to generating the highest return on capital employed, promoting customer loyalty by providing a superior customer experience and identifying and promoting new business, to ensure future business and footprint growth without incurring unmanageable risks.

Requirement/Skills

• Minimum qualification : University degree in a business-related field.
• Minimum years of relevant experience : Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar or related role.
