Product Improvement: You will work closely with the COO and tech team to actively search for new features which could help provide a seamless courier and customer experience.
Supply Growth: You will help increase the number of courier partners engaged at ando and help them in providing the most reliable food delivery service in town
Courier Partner Relations: Handle courier partner development, monitor courier metrics, and ensure under 35 mins E2E delivery time.
Courier Engagement: Work closely with COO to make changes to incentive structure where needed. Launch initiatives around courier engagement.
Courier Support: Solve any issues around payment, incentive structure, earnings, tech etc (all real-time issues will however be handled by Guest Relations team)
Strategy: Decide which projects the team should prioritize, and set an ambitious timeline to reach those goals
Courier training and on-boarding: Completely own the on-boarding and training process for couriers. Training mandatory for all new couriers and monthly refresher training for existing couriers. Ensure all new couriers have a kit (courier t-shirts, courier bags, courier helmets etc)
Hustle: Take ownership of ando’s growth in your city, and do whatever it takes to get the job done
Requirements:
Great Communication Skills and Experience dealing with delivery partners is a plus.
