Business Analyst at Phlo Systems Ltd

Successful candidate will:

• Understand the processes of software development life cycle applications/systems and then work with various stakeholders to ensure that the business processes are configured correctly in the applications/systems.
• Performing requirements analysis for the internal and external products with various stakeholders including Finance, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Business, Product teams to incorporate their requirements in requirement documentation.
• Gathering and documenting critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
• Coordinate with the in-house Tech team and external IT vendors in explaining and developing the product functionalities required in the system.
• Assist in coordinating of user trainings and preparing a user manual for easy reference
• Technology model finalization spanning multiple existing IT applications and possible incorporation of any new systems or interfaces with the partner’s setup
• Monitor progress including reporting requirements, end-to-end testing and releases etc. post-go-live monitoring
• Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.

This role requires a wide variety of experience and skills, strengths and capabilities, including:

• At-least 2yrs experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Good knowledge of understanding of the SDLC and experience in SQL, Power BI is preferred.
• Exceptional analytical, conceptual thinking and project management skills.
• MBA or any other business education degree preferred. Candidates from financial control background are also acceptable.
• Excellent communication skills, good interpersonal skills, team player, cheerful and helpful.
• Good knowledge of business and other information technology related systems.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
