Business Development Lead at Jowato Digital Solutions

We are looking for a Business Development Lead to join our team and help us grow our business.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue for Jowato Digital Solutions
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the company
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the market
• Develop and manage a sales team to meet targets and objectives
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the business
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote Jowato Digital Solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the Ghanaian market and business landscape
• Willingness to travel within Ghana
