Tips: The role of the Campus Head is to manage the regional campus and oversee the P&L of the business. Campus head is fully responsible for the student enrollment, revenue generation and the overall customer satisfaction of the business.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Generation: Achieve target revenue goals by effectively managing sales, marketing, and  business development efforts in the region.
• Business Expansion: Identify and explore new business opportunities to increase the school's  presence in the region.
• Student Enrollment: Ensure consistent growth in student enrollment through effective recruitment  and retention strategies.
• Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring quality training  services and support.
• Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, resources and personnel to ensure smooth  functioning of the campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or Business Administration with a minimum of 5+ years experience in Sales, Marketing, B2B Development, Administration.
