    Co-Founder Business Description ( Healthcare Branch):

    • CICC is prepared to establish another sister branch in the sector of Healthcare where the the prime locations of the Regional Head Quarters will be ; UAE, India, South Africa ,West Africa, & EU
    • The branch has to be registered as NGO with commercial name:
      • CICC- International Healthcare Council { CICC-IHC}
    • In early phase will be appointing maximum up to 7 co-founders playing the role of executives and being part of the Executive Committee ( strategic & decision makers) than we will be selecting and nominating members in Advisory & Executives boards.
    • Full concept and action plan will be disclosed only in Pre-launching exclusive meeting with qualified co-founders & executives.

    Department Mission:

    • To orchestrate all resources, efforts, and initiation into a single company-wide goal and strategy

    Role:

    • A Co-Founder performs a vital role in product improvement and implementation. In the early stages of a new startup, a co-founder takes a very active role in forming the team, growing the business, defining specifications, and bringing that product into life.
    • The prime function of these positions is the development and expansion of facilities and services with the objective of developing a viable tourism industry for the country. These objectives are achieved by providing consulting and advisory services to tourism enterprises for the development, upgrading and expansion of tourism attractions and service facilities, providing advice and consultation to clients experiencing financial difficulties and assisting management with the development and delivery of manpower training programs for the hospitality industry. Inclusions in this series will be determined by the ongoing requirements of the position and not by functions performed on an intermittent basis.

    • Forming and orchestrating the team
    • Lead Product Development
    • Performing direct Marketing and Promotion launching

    • Build and Lead the Team

    Requirements:

    • Entrepreneurship morality
    • Having previous experience in the same role
    • Domain expertise in Product, Leadership, Marketing, and Sales
    • Familiarity with startups and technologies
    • Academic background is a plus
