    Commercial Corporate and Investment Banking Head

    Job Description

    • To lead and manage a multidisciplinary team in developing and executing FNB Ghana´s CCIB strategy, including establishing the CCIB platform across thekey regions in Ghana.
    • Delivery of Asset, Liability, Top Line Revenue and PBTgrowth.
    • Co-ordination of key stakeholder initiatives/initiatives in partnershipwith Rand Merchant Bank (RMB), FNB and FirstRand Group.
    • To build and managerelationships with all key stakeholders and secure buy-in and support for keybusiness issues.

    Requirements

    • Minimum qualification: Relevant post-graduate degree (e.g. CA / CFA / Analytics /MBA).
    • Minimum years of relevant experience: 8+ years relevant banking experience.
