Job Description

• Provide inspired leadership while engaging with members of the DiV Community
• Manage the DiV Community and ensure the continued success of our ladies in areas not limited to their personal and professional development
• Create an environment that promotes great performance and positive morale for all DiV members
• Develop and implement operational policies and a strategic plan aligned towards increasing the success rate of our ladies
• Oversee the successful implementation of all DiV projects and programs
• Foster relevant partnerships with various stakeholders to grow DiV, strengthen it and ensure its sustainability
• Represent DiV as required, including attendance of important functions, industry events and public meetings
• Be an advocate for DiV amongst relevant stakeholders locally and internationally
• Oversee all operations, project and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
• Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of DiV

Requirement/Skills

• One year experience supporting developers in areas including but not limited to learning and growth, advocacy and community building
• A people person with a likeable personality
• Excellent written and verbal communicator
• Ability to work individually or in a team to achieve desired goals
• Have a knack for relationship building and community engagement
• Proactiveness and great interpersonal skills
