    Compensation & Benefits Intern Required

    About The Job
    Description:

    • The Compensation Intern will be supporting the Compensation & Benefits Manager with Employee wide compensation related queries.
    • Assist in the planning and implementing of assigned projects.
    • Maintaining accurate records and documents related to compensation as per established processes.
    • Data tracking and accurate report presentations.

    Requirements:

    • We are looking for people that are willing to learn, intuitive, enjoys working with numbers, and collaborative skills with the below qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance or any related Social Sciences field of study
    • Skilled use of Microsoft Excel
    • A recent graduate with not more than one (1) year experience
